What is the Executive AI Day?

Executive AI Day is a high-impact, hands-on experience built exclusively for senior leaders who are ready to turn curiosity about AI into a strategic advantage. It’s not about code or technical deep dives—it’s about equipping executives with clarity, urgency, and action in the face of accelerating disruption.

Throughout the day, attendees will debunk myths, see real-world AI in action, and explore how the future of work is being redefined by automation, augmentation, and new talent needs. Every session is crafted to spark insight and provoke strategic thinking—from understanding where competitors are already pulling ahead, to designing your own AI roadmap with practical tools and expert guidance.

You won’t just absorb information—you’ll actively build a tailored roadmap for your organization, ready to take home and execute. Surrounded by a cross-industry cohort of peers, you’ll network, reflect, and leave empowered to lead AI transformation with confidence.

Join us for a day that will change how you lead, think, and grow.

Best of all – 25% of all proceeds from the event will be donated to UNLV Air Hub, a new AI research institute launched by the UNLV International Gaming Institute.

“As a founder deeply embedded in healthcare, real estate, and emerging tech, I understand that the difference between surviving and scaling in today’s market comes down to how well we leverage AI. That’s why I’m attending the Executive AI Day. Earle and Brian aren’t just thought leaders—they’re building the infrastructure of tomorrow, and this workshop promises to equip you with the tools and clarity to move from strategy to execution with confidence. If you’re a C-level exec or entrepreneur serious about future-proofing your business, this is the room you need to be in.”

Why Attend?

AI is reshaping every industry—and the leaders who act now will define the future. This one-day intensive is your strategic launchpad: built for decision-makers who don’t just want to understand AI, but use it to drive transformation, outpace competitors, and lead with confidence.

Here’s what you’ll gain:

  • Clarity over chaos — Debunk common myths and get real about what AI can (and can’t) do right now

  • Competitive insight — Learn how other organizations are already leveraging AI and where you’re vulnerable to being left behind

  • Peer perspective — Connect with other executive leaders across industries navigating similar challenges

  • Tangible outcomes — Leave with a custom-built AI roadmap specific to your business goals, strategy, and stage of readiness

In a single day, you’ll move from curiosity to capability—armed with an AI Roadmap and plan that puts you ahead, not in catch-up mode

What is it not?

This is not another tech demo or abstract thought exercise. It’s a focused, executive-level strategy session designed to arm leaders with clarity, confidence, and a competitive edge.

Here’s what it’s not:

  • ❌ Not technical training — You won’t be coding, configuring models, or learning data science

  • ❌ Not vendor-driven — There’s no product pitch, no tool showcase, and no biased agenda

    • ❌ Not theory-heavy — Every session is designed for action: real use cases, real frameworks, real next steps

    • ❌ Not limited by industry — Insight applies across sectors, with cross-industry examples to inspire new thinking

    • ❌ Not a passive conference — This is immersive, practical, and built around delivering your AI roadmap—not just idea
