Earle serves as Chairman of the Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity Committee of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. He is the Emeritus Chairman of the International Gaming Standards Association and a former Board Member of the Government Blockchain Association, where he contributed to the creation of the United Nations Blockchain Evaluation Standard.
A graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada and a Veteran Army Officer, Earle holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and is currently pursuing his Doctorate at Quantum University.
